Cá del Baio - La cantina
The Ca’ del Baio winery is a perfect blend of rationality,
technological features, and more
than 100 years of experience.
In the winery itself stainless steel tanks prevail, essential as they
are for controlling the temperature during the fermentation and for
early stages in the production of wines.
In the ageing cellar, on the other hand, are to be found
the Slavonian oak casks and small wooden barrels in which
the Barbaresco, Barbera
and Chardonnay mature, acquiring the softness
and elegance that are today a distinguishing trait of the
first class wines grown in the Langhe.
